Встречайте- 

ЖИРдяй и ПРЫЩелыга.

Наверное, все удивлялись, узнав, что ЖИРдяй на самом деле ЖЕРДяй, а вот знали ли вы какого-нибудь ПРЫЩелыгу, который вполне мог быть при этом еще и ПРОЩЕЛыгой?

Two more words - Zhirdyai and Prystshelyga. ZHIRdyai - sounds like a derivative from "zhir" - fat. But in fact, this word is from  "zherd' " and that means beanpole. So we have two absolutely different meanings.

And PRYSTSHelyga - sounds like prystsh -  pimple, though the real word is PROSTSHELYGA from "stshel' " - chinck or gap. And the real word means a person that can get into every gap easily, but not a person with pimples.
